We created this blog to keep in touch with our families and friends as we journey through waters unknown. Well, unknown to us. Our grand adventure!
We also hope that these pages will inform and maybe even inspire a few folks who feel the pull of the sea. Those people, who like us, find themselves daydreaming of a life on the water and far away ports. We found such inspiration in other bloggers, websites, and youtube videos and we hope our pages encourage others to follow their dreams as well.

Thanks so much for the encouragement Dani. Time is racing by and we have so much to do. Yes, we have also noticed that our paths might cross somewhere in the southern latitudes. Do you guys think you might do the Sea of Cortez? We have been following your adventure closely from preparation to your current anchorage in paradise. We often reference your equipment when working out the details for our Vessel. We even came close to using a Tamale pot for our propane tanks 😉 We wish you a safe journey and fair winds!
